1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under our 7-day guarantee, the request must be submitted via email or our support portal within exactly 168 hours of the initial transaction. This applies only to the first purchase of a Relay subscription per user.
2. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately on our end. However, depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We process refunds back to the original payment method used.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Custom enterprise configurations, API overages beyond the included tier, and subscriptions where a refund has already been granted for the same account in the past are not eligible for refunds.
