1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Relay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all these terms, you may not use the service.
Relay is a product of Autofy Inc. Throughout these terms, the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to Autofy Inc.
2 The Service
Relay provides an AI personal assistant platform with long-term memory capabilities. The service includes, but is not limited to, web-based interaction, mobile applications, and messaging platform integrations (LINE, WhatsApp).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications.
3 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4 Billing & Payments
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid features of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms, as we may update them from time to time.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or covered by our 7-day refund policy.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time with 30 days' notice.
5 AI Memory Retention
Relay uses vector databases and machine learning to "remember" previous interactions. This data is stored securely and is used exclusively to improve your individual user experience.
You may request a partial or complete deletion of your "memory profile" at any time through the account settings. Deleting memory is permanent and cannot be undone.
6 Data Ownership
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, and process your content specifically for the purpose of providing the service to you.
